Iggle Piggles journey around the rest of NZ!
Iggle Piggle reaches New Zealand
So you may have to forgive Iggle Piggle as he was guarding Jack while we climbed to the top of this mountain, we were not expecting a pond at the top! |
Our first and only really rainy day in the Fijordlands this is one of the waterfalls at Milford sound |
Iggle Piggle enjoyed drying out on Doubtful Sound on a much sunnier day! |
Iggle Piggles next adventure was out onto Fox Glacier, this is the view overlooking the end of it... (sorry i can't rotate it!) |
Unfortunately there weren't crampons big enough to fit Iggle Piggle... |
But he did enjoy watching us get into position for a photo over the cold water... |
..and sliding down a natural slide...can you spot him?! |
Iggle Piggle wanted to dive down with the whales but they had other ideas |
A few days later at Abel Tasman National Park Iggle Piggle braved getting in a kayak with the girls, the manoeuvres the girls made around the rocks made Iggle Piggle a little ill... |
but don't worry a few days later he was ready for the trip across to the North Island. This is a view just before we got to the ferry in Picton |
Next stop were Haka falls... |
..the bubbling mud pools near Roturua |
..and the free Kerosene Creek hot springs..soooo nice!! |
Heading up north, this was the view of the Bay of Islands |
We carried on up to the Cape Reigna, and found out just how far you all are from us |
Photo evidence that the seas do not collide in a straight line...very disappointing! |
And then we came to our final night in Jack, right next the beach... |
..and then our final day in Wellington. Time for Thailand!!! |
Ahhhhh...Iggle Piggle loved chilling in Akoroa for a few days while the girls went off kayaking with dolphins. This is the life... |
Back in Christchurch for Christmas..Iggle Piggle insisted on sending a MERRY CHRISTMAS message to all his followers back in the UK... Hope you've all had a lovely Christmas :D |
On boxing day Iggle Piggle helped us choose and name 'Captain Jack'...our home for the next 42 days |
Iggle Piggle couldn't believe his eyes when we reached the lakes beneath Mount Cook... |
... speechless... |
..Iggle Piggles bedtime view from one side of Jack...the other was a snow capped mountain... |
Iggle Piggle had a great day exploring the Hooker Valley leading up to Mount Cook...the sun is shining, the weather is hot.... |
...and there's icebergs around....can you spot Iggle Piggle? |
